Sara Schnoor
Sara Schnoor earned her Bachelor of Music in 2003 from the Conservatory of Music at Lawrence University in Appleton, WI. She studied with Ms. Janet Anthony and Dr. Janina Ehrlich. While at Lawrence, Ms. Schnoor worked with the Lawrence Academy of Music and Ms. Carrie Gruselle on the ASTA String Project. She pursued her teaching certificate through the ACM Urban Education Program in Chicago, IL. Ms. Schnoor has taught group and individual lessons on violin, viola, cello, and bass to a variety of students over the last nine years. Her performing experience includes Green Bay Symphony Orchestra, Long Bay Symphony Orchestra, New Philharmonic, Northwest Indiana Symphony Orchestra, Anderson Symphony Orchestra, Cool Carolina Jazz Orchestra, and various chamber music opportunities. Ms. Schnoor is a member of the National Association of Music Educators and continues to be an active performer in the SC Upstate. She is also employed with the Greenville County School District as the music teacher at Grove Elementary School. Visit Ms. Schnoor's Website
