Faculty members at the Academy of Music hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Music or in lieu of a degree have achieved a high level of proficiency and recognition in their respective areas of instruction. Many Academy teachers are also certified by the Music Teacher's National Association (MTNA). Requests for a particular instructor will be honored whenever possible as the Academy strives to place each student with the person considered to be most suitable for the student's musical growth.
